We have been working with Simon and the Vip Coach Travel since 2018 when we travelled from Liverpool to Kiev,Ukraine, to watch LFC in the Champions League Final.
Simon worked with the team to plan a route, using his experience and network to ensure that we had suitable layover hotels and a safe route into Kiev.
We knew this was an ambitious journey but we couldn't have asked for more support and professionalism.
Simon was on hand throughout the weeks running up to the trip to talk through concerns, finalise details- even down to the drinks and snacks we would prefer on board.
Throughout the week of travel Simon and his team remained on call, keeping in touch with the team back in Liverpool.

Simon and his team are very flexible and can plan any type of trip we require, be it a day there and back to London, a trip down the M62 to Manchester or a journey to Madrid.
He responds with whatever he is presented (e.g. a cancelled Ferry crossing, traffic tailbacks when travelling to a deadline) in a calm and unflappable way and this has been reassuring for us.
The Hotels he has booked on our behalf for overnight layovers have been excellent. He consults with a range of options so we can choose to upgrade or reduce costs as we see fit.
Simon's transport is always clean and spacious which is essential, when we carry a lot of equipment and luggage.
